Outside Open Enrollment (January 16 - October 30): Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST
During Open Enrollment (November 1 - January 15): Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST

To improve your experience, consumers may leave their phone number for a callback. This "Virtual Hold" service ends one hour before closing, except:
- Saturday, December 13th-Monday, December 15th, ends at 5pm
- Monday, January 12th-Wednesday, January 14th, ends at 5pm
- Thursday, January 15th, ends at 7pm
